First, you guys need to have a blast with Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles on PSP. Then you can look forward to a new CV game on DS, promises producer Koji Igarashi.
"We're doing another Nintendo DS version. There hasn't been an official announcement, but we're doing it," he recently confirmed. And that's really good news considering the previous two games, Portrait of Ruin and Dawn of Sorrow, were f-ing brilliant.
But you'll have to wait a while for it to arrive. "First, we want people to enjoy the PSP version, and afterwards we're announcing it. So, please wait a little bit." That's fine with us, you take your time, mate.
Igarashi also spoke about the production of the upcoming Castlevania live-action movie which, contrary to likely expectation, he says won't be a complete train crash like most game-to-film crossovers. But Igarashi himself is taking a backstep in production.
"The movie should be handled by the movie makers. But the director and I, we discussed the world of Castlevania, and the conflicts, and the story. But the director plays the game a lot. He was actually showing the producer how to play it. He knows about it. So I feel really confident," he told Wired.

Just like Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Fuuketsu no Grimoir takes place in Ivalice. There are seven playable races in the game: Hume, Moogle, Viera, Bangaa, Seeq, Nu Mou and Gria. Chronologically, the game takes place some time after Final Fantasy XII.
Similar to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, Luso was a mischievous boy who lived in the real world until he was punished for a prank he pulled just before summer break. Locked away in the library, Luso finds an old book and writes his name on it. The book then transports him into the world of Ivalice. Rather than wishing to return home, Luso decides to venture the world farther. However, unlike in the previous installment, the main character travels to the real Ivalice, instead of a creation of his imagination born of strong feelings; this fact is reinforced by the reappearances of familiar characters such as Vaan and Penelo.

Nintendo and the Hong Kong High Court have crushed a global piracy outfit by seizing over 10,000 illegal devices that violate DS and Wii copyright and trademarks.
Game copying devices that connect to the DS and mod chips for the Wii were seized in a raid of Supreme Factory Limited, with French company Divineo SARL also named in the legal action initiated by Nintendo.
"Piracy affects the entire video game industry, from large companies to independent developers," commented Jodi Daugherty, Nintendo of America's senior director for anti-piracy.
"It can destroy years of hard work by a team of very talented software developers, who strive to create games consumers enjoy playing. Copying the developers' work and spreading the game files globally is blatant stealing."
The High Court has prohibited the companies from further distribution and frozen assets ahead of legal proceedings.

Hello, here is first beta release of my new game. You have to get to the finish and avoid red block and get most green fruits. There are also other things like water etc. Game is controlled by DSMotion but can be control also by Dpad. It is now beta vesion so it is yet buggy so if you find any bug, please report him here . Okay, I have uploaded a new Alpha demo of the game. You will want to DLDI patch it for your homebrew device as it uses FAT to auto-create a game save. Also, if you downloaded the previous alpha, you will need to delete the old .sav file as they are not likely to work right.
What it has:
* Splash Screen
* Main Menu (Only Options does nothing)
* Level Selection (See below)
* One Test Level - (This is NOT how they will look when released, just for testing!)
* Shooting
* Scoring
* Damage animations
* Enemies that shoot back
* Hit-point tracking (player and enemies)
* Two Enemies with AI (Sea Urchins and SCOOWBA Fish)
* One enemy that should have better AI (the stingray)
* In-Game Pause Menu (again, only Options does nothing)
* Lid checking (pause menu if in-game lid close)
* Some bugs (e.g. urchins flicker into screen just before appearing)
What it does NOT have:
* Any storytelling at all
* Good death animations (only urchins do anything now)
* More than one level
* More than three enemies
* Completely functional menus - still working on the Options!
* A bunch of other stuff a platform game should have
