BananaCraze is definitely a fun game where we will have the task of finding bananas in barias cards and get the best possible punctuation , but hopes will be so easy?? . In the game we will find all the surprise is not the color of banana, because some letters contain some characters and those we lost points or in the most extreme case that we lower life points and lose the game.

LUA is a language that we marvel though, has rarely been allowed to see NDS as most homebrews are programmed in C with libraries like PAlib or NFlib. So here's Micro Lua DS , an application that allows us to program in LUA once and for all for our laptop. Furthermore, we need to throw all homebrews MicroLuaDS programmed. Perfect for those Coders who know how to handle with LUA or who wants to learn to program in this awesome language. From version 4.7.2 adds support for 3DS .

If you enjoyed the famous emulators created by the coder renowned Cooper , this homebrew you'll love. Like I've imagined, is a game emulator of MAME classic of classics: Space Invaders . In this version we have sound, speed and perfect gameplay, especially the latter, as it has been implemented using the touch screen to move. If we add that there is a way multiplayer on the same console, we have a truly sublime homebrew.

via http://www.gateway-3ds.com/
Only a day has passed since we sent Gateway 2.0 "OMEGA" to our beta testers and what a day it has been!
We have received many words of thank you from our beta testers and this inspires us to continue evolving Gateway 3DS.
The feedback has been very positive so far, so we will be moving from private beta to public release in the next 24 to 48 hours.
We would like to evaluate the feedback we have received so far:
* Stability
Many users have told us this is the most stable update so far. No hiccups, no lagging, no unexpected troubles.
Everything "just works". This is what we strive for here at Gateway: Perfection.
* E-shop games
We would like to formally acknowledge that we are indeed working on supporting E-shop games, and we expect that this will be supported shortly.
* Counterfeit Regular SD and MicroSD Cards
Some users will notice the message "Fragmentation error" in the on-screen game select menu.
We believe in most cases this is due to fake MicroSD cards. In some cases this will not result in fragmentation error, but nonetheless corrupted data is read from the MicroSD card during the loading of a game and it will prevent the game from running correctly.
Counterfeit MicroSD cards will show up in your PC as a valid size, but in reality they are much less in size. They fake a filesystem and allow you to write files to it, but as you add more files to it, the MicroSD card will be silently overwriting data from previous files, resulting in data corruption.
We recommend our users to fully test their regular SD and MicroSD card with memory analysis tools such as:
- h2testw: http://www.heise.de/download/h2testw.html
- f3: http://oss.digirati.com.br/f3/
Even the regular SD card where you place the Launcher.dat file on should be fully checked.
* Trimming
Some users try to trim game files, but this is a bit like gambling.
Sometimes it will work, sometimes it will not. For the best compatibility we recommend that users do not trim game files.
By trimming a game file, you are reducing its file size and it will not be fully allocated in the Gateway 3DS card.
This causes problems in particular when the update partition has been removed or when the savegame area has been removed for NAND savegame based games.
* Gateway Clone Cards
A few users have tried to enter Gateway mode but the Gateway card could not be detected. When the Gateway card can not be detected this is a very strong indication that you have been scammed by your reseller and have received a clone card.
You can visually inspect if you have a clone card by looking at the back of your Gateway 3DS Red Card, and looking at the middle pin on the bottom. If the middle pin is shorter than the other pins, then you have received a clone card.
We recommend that you communicate with your reseller to receive a original replacement because this is out of our control.
Furthermore, we only recommend purchasing Gateway card from official resellers listed here to ensure they are 100% original products that will support and this and future updates.

March 30th, 2014, 23:52 Posted By: wraggster
via http://www.gateway-3ds.com/
The moment you’ve all been waiting for is here. Gateway firmware 2.0, codenamed “OMEGA”,has landed for our loyal beta testers and soon for the common public and endusers to enjoy.
As you can imagine we’ve had a very hectic period at the Gateway headquarters lately.. but if there’s one thing we hate it would be breaking our own promises. Quality and stability assurance has always been at the top of our checklist (not to mention actual innovation of course).
Let’s check out what is new in GATEWAY 2.0 “OMEGA” !
* 100% Game Compatibility
Yep, that’s right. We are now 100% compatible with every single 3DS game released to date, and we strive to keep that rate constant and maxed out. Gateway 3DS now works with games that are using NAND flash on the card for (savegame) storage.
* Multigame Support
We wanted it from day 1, you wanted it from day 1. We finally made it happen. Here at Gateway we are not easily satisfied.. and a poor multigame implementation was unacceptable. We decided to get it painless and right from day 1 for our endusers. What does this mean for you? You can now drag and drop game backups to your MicroSD card and select them from our intuitive on-screen rom menu while in the 3DS home menu.
To bring up the on-screen rom menu simply press the [SELECT] key while in the 3DS home menu. Select a game from your MicroSD based on it’s game icon and title, then hit [A] and watch the magic happen.
Since FAT32 imposes annoying filesize limitations (maximum size is around 4GB), you cannot copy 4GB+ (32GBit) games directly to your FAT32 formatted card. Of course we won’t leave you hanging there; Using our handy SplitROM GUI (OSX/WIN32) utility you can quickly chop up a game backup file into multiple parts, and copy them to your MicroSD card in order to enjoy them.
As we try to stay futureproof with our product, FAT32 is not the only filesystem we decided to support. Higher capacity cards typically ship with the ExFAT filesystem, so it was only natural that we added support for ExFAT as well.
ExFAT actually removes the 4GB file size limitation that FAT32 has, so this means you won’t ever have to split up 4GB+ games. For this reason, we actually recommend using ExFAT on your MicroSD cards. As an added bonus, games on the ExFAT filesystem load much faster than on FAT32, so we really recommend it.
* Game Card Dumper
We’ve gotten numerous requests for including a utility to backup your 3DS Game Card. From now on, you can find an additional icon in the Gateway menu (hold L during boot) that will let you backup any 3DS Game Card to the regular SD card in your 3DS. Dumped files can be copied over to the MicroSD card you use with the Gateway 3DS card to enjoy them! If you notice any slight differences with existing dumps out there, you might be correct. This is because our dumps are more thorough than any “scene” dumps currently out there. Again, future proofing our product for what’s yet to come!
* Gateway FPGA Update
To make all this new awesome stuff happen we had to aggressively tune the existing logic that runs on the Gateway 3DS card. We spared no expense to make this the most stable update ever. Unlike some competitors, we accounted for this from day one and we won’t make you buy a “new” product if the old one still is more than sufficient. Updating your Gateway 3DS card is painless and simple. Upon trying to enter Gateway mode on your 3DS you will be prompted to update your card if it is outdated. Simply follow the instructions on screen and you’ll be ready to enjoy the “OMEGA” revolution in mere minutes.
== More to come! ==
We’re not done yet. Even though the product is finally starting to take the shape we’ve always wanted it to have, we still have many surprises in our hat for you. Since day one we have been committed to delivering the best and most feature complete (you could say ONLY) 3DS flashcard on the market. Never ever have we personally been accused of taking ideas/code from any “competition”, simply because we’ve always been one step ahead in this game and basically “invented” it.
As our final words we would like to thank ALL loyal endusers of our product for enduring this incredibly long wait. We are sure you will NOT be disappointed. Support your true heroes and do not worship false prophets. And as always, ENJOY!

Oddball microtransaction-haggling minigame compilation Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is coming to the Nintendo 3DS eShop in North America on April 3, Nintendo confirmed this week.
Announced via Nintendo Direct back in February, Rusty's Real Deal Baseballoffers a series of unlockable sports-themed minigames that range from simple batting challenges to all-out assaults from invading UFOs. Additional games can be bought with real-world money, but players must first negotiate purchases with in-game dealer Rusty, who may lower his prices based on item exchanges and player timing.
Rusty's Real Deal Baseball will be released as a free download when the 3DS eShop updates next Thursday. Starting add-on content prices have not been announced.

A new 'Peach Pink' 2DS will launch in the US on April 11, sold exclusively via GameStop.
The US retailer made the new hardware color available for pre-order from today, March 28. The Peach Pink SKU comes with a pink rear case and white front face, with pink buttons and a pink stylus. It also ships with a Disney Magical World carry case, but it will not include the game of the same name.
It will sell for $129.99 - the same price as other standalone 2DS units - and launches April 11, the same day as the US release of the Disney Magical World 3DS game.
First images of the new machine are in a gallery above.
This is the first new 2DS SKU to release Stateside in 2014, following Red and Blue Pokemon-bundled 2DS units which hit shelves in December.
Nintendo revealed 2DS in August. The redesigned handheld plays the entire library of cartridge and digital 3DS and DS titles, but only in 2D. It features a fixed, slate-type form factor instead of the 3DS' folding clam shell design, but maintains 3DS hardware features such as dual screens, wireless connectivity and touch-screen interactivity.
The handheld was designed specifically for younger players and "anyone looking for a more affordable entry point into the world of Nintendo hand-held video games".

Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog crosses over with Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series in a free Sonic: Lost World DLC level available from the Wii U eShop starting today.
Lost World's "The Legend of Zelda Zone" dresses Sonic up in Link's garb and pits him against familiar enemies from Nintendo's classic franchise. What starts off as a lighthearted trek through an approximation of Hyrule Field soon turns deadly, as Sonic must defeat Deku Scrubs, flee rolling Gorons, and face off against the most sinister enemies of all -- Cuccos.
This isn't the first time that Nintendo has loaned out its franchise settings for Sega's latest hedgehog adventure. A Sonic: Lost World level based on Yoshi's New Island hit the Wii U eShop back in December, pairing Sega's mascot with Shy Guys and Piranha Plants against a pastel-colored backdrop.

Crafting fun out of the everyday is the charm of the Animal Crossing series - its towns entice players to eagerly return on a daily basis, despite already having to juggle reality's laundry list of obligations. Chatting with neighbors, paying off mortgages, tending the garden - these are the mundane activities that form the endearing heart of Animal Crossing, charmingly reflecting our real-life concerns.
The concept of players making themselves at home aligns with series creator Katsuya Eguchi's vision for the original Nintendo 64 game - his team was less concerned with making a game and more focused on making a second place to live. We spoke with Eguchi and Animal Crossing: New Leaf Director Aya Kyogoku at GDC, through a translator, about their vision for the franchise and how they hope to offer a secondary home for its player base.

March 27th, 2014, 23:46 Posted By: wraggster
March has been a busy month for gaming, and clearly the Nintendo eShop is all tuckered out and in need of a rest ahead of next month's Game Boy Advance rush. This week is so quiet that arguably the headline new release is the Zelda-themed DLC speeding towards Sonic: Lost World, and you can find more about that by heading over here.
Outside of that, the re-release of Dr. Mario provides absolute confirmation the Year of Luigi is over and normal Mario-based service is resumed. The NES color-matching pill-dropper comes to the Wii U this week, while underwater gold-grabber Clu Clu Land is bound for the 3DS Virtual Console.
Our favorite release of the week, however, has to be the simply titled I am an Air Traffic Controller Airport Hero Hawaii. "Let's try air traffic control in an atmosphere of a summer resort," its trailer cheerily exclaims, where we'll find "SEA," "SUN," and, er,"SQUALL." We're assuming that refers to sudden rises in wind speed and not the mostly mute misanthrope from Final Fantasy 8, although we'd very much like the 3DS game to prove us wrong.
If the new releases are a bit of a wash, Ubisoft's sale might tempt you back to some older ones. The publisher has select games discounted until 8.59AM PT/5.59AM ET on March 31, including Joystiq faves like RaymanLegends, down from $40 to 28, and ZombiU, half-off at $30. The full list of Ubisoftened prices can be found here.

Swords and Soldiers, the tower defense game that first appeared on WiiWare in June 2009, will now see a release on the Wii U eShop in April. While the first game was created by Awesomenauts developer Ronimo Games, fellow Dutch studio and Toki Tori developer Two Tribes teamed up with Ronimo to upgrade the game and optimize it for Wii U.
Swords and Soldiers will be playable using either Wii Remote on televisions or via the Wii U GamePad with a "custom touch scheme." Players can use both play styles in the game's multiplayer mode as well. Two Tribes boasted "high-res HD graphics" for the Wii U port, which will arrive at the end of April. Ronimo Games is currently developing a sequel to the game, Swords and Soldiers 2, which was announced in February. Two Tribes cut its development staff and effectively "rebooted" the studio in January.

We've seen the PowerGlove pop up in a few different places before, but until now the focus hasn't strayed far from gaming. To wit, the Power Mitt wants to make your trips to the kitchen awesome in the way that only a heat-resistant-rubber oven mitt shaped like Mattel's wearable peripheral ever could. Unless the one-size-fits-most baking accessory hits its Indiegogo campaign's 450-backer target, however, that won't happen. One right-handed glove will set you back $39 (larger and leftie flavors are stretch goals), and there's a $20 discount if you order two. Let's say you want to get crazy, though: cough up a whopping $10,000 and you'll get a one-of-a-kind gold-plated version of the Power Mitt. Sure, you'll lose heat resistance, but the flip-side is gaining a boatload of geek cred -- isn't that what matters most?

The character outlines which distinguish the 3DS version ofSmash Bros. 4 from its Wii U counterpart can be disabled at will.
Director Masahiro Sakurai posted a picture on Miiverse on Tuesday comparing the handheld version with and without the thick black lines.
"Here's a comparison of characters with and without their outlines on the 3DS version," Sakurai said. "They also give off a different impression in 3D, so customize the look however you like."
Nintendo has kept quiet on what non-graphical differences, if any, players will find between the two versions of the game. It has revealed several new maps, like a Tomodachi Collection and Animal Crossing stage, and given the nod to several veteran and rookie characters.
Confirmed characters returning to the game include King Dedede, Luigi,Captain Olimar, Sonic, Princess Peach and Toon Link.
New characters will be making their Smash Bros debuts too. This Super Smash Bros trailer revealed Capcom's Mega Man and Animal Crossing's villager will be playable for the first time in the series, while Wii Fit Trainerwas confirmed shortly afterwards. Rosalina and Luma from Super Mario Galaxy will also feature for the first time, as will Punch-Out hero Little Mac.

Sega's Mario Galaxy-inspired Wii U platformer Sonic: Lost World will tomorrow be expanded with yet more Nintendo nostalgia, in the new Legend of Zelda Zone DLC.The add-on dresses Sonic in Link's iconic green garb and allows him free roam over parts of Hyrule, IGN reported. There you'll bump into Stalfos, Gorons and Cuccos, as well as spot Link riding his Loftwing from Skyward Sword.The Legend of Zelda Zone has side-quests, familiar enemies and no time limit, allowing for extended exploration.It's odd. It's really really odd. And it's available to download from the Wii U eShop for free from tomorrow.

Red and blue will spar again on Wii U, because Advance Wars is getting a Virtual Console re-release in Europe on April 3. It'l be one of the first Game Boy Advance games on Wii U in the region, but we don't yet know if it'll be one of the first in North America. Last we heard, Nintendo of America had Metroid: Fusion, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 pinned for sometime next month.
We've reached out to Nintendo of Europe to find out if Advance Wars offers local or online multiplayer on the Wii U. Either way, we have to wonder if it's the closest we're going to get to the turn-based tactics series making a return on new Nintendo systems; Advance Wars has been missing in action since 2008 and DS entry Days of Ruin.
