Newly released in the USA at Amazon.com
Product Description
The dark knight Cecil, stripped of his command of the Red Wings, set out for the distant Valley of Mist. Together with Kain, commander of the Dragoons, he would pursue a faceless quarry―and a chance for redemption. The advent of the airship had marked the realization of mankind's most ancient dream. But man is a creature seldom sated, and he was quick to dream anew. With the unparalleled might of the Red Wings, Baron's military soon reigned supreme. Why, then, does its king now seek the Crystals? And why have fearsome monsters suddenly begun to overrun the once calm land? If the Crystals know, they share no answers―only their pure and silent light.
Product Description
Final Fantasy IV for DS is a must-play for those looking to jump into the best-selling RPG franchise in the world. Four elemental Crystals, each possessing awesome power, lie scattered throughout the realm. However, men are quick to covet things that offer strength, and easily corrupted by the might that they possess. Seduced by the promised power of the Crystals, the kingdom of Baron begins employing unprovoked force to seize them from peaceful nations. The dark knight Cecil - Lord Captain of Baron's elite force, the Red Wings - is ordered by his king to obtain the Crystals, but soon begins to question the monarch's motives. Stricken with grief at his own actions, yet burdened by his loyalty to his country and his personal sense of honor, Cecil at last decides to turn from the path of darkness and destruction. Enraged, the king accuses him of disloyalty, strips Cecil of his command, and sends him off to slay a mysterious beast that lurks in the nearby Valley of Mist. Cecil embarks on a fateful journey that will bring trials, betrayals, friendship, loss, and self-discovery. Train and customize Whytkin by playing a variety of mini-games and challenge another player to head-to-head battle via local wireless connection

We were just a ... Wii bit shocked when a new Grand Theft Auto was announced for Nintendo DS and not the Big N's wildly popular home console. Still, it's no doubt a coup, but what about a proper Wii installment in the series?
MTV Multiplayer asked Nintendo of America prez Reggie Fils-Amie just that. When prodded on the likelihood that a DS version of GTA might lead to a greater possibility of GTA for Wii, Reggie stated that "GTA on the Wii is all based on what Rockstar and Take-Two want to do," adding, "From our standpoint, if they build a bottoms-up game that takes advantage of what we do well, I'd love to see it on the platform."
We're pretty sure Reggie meant a GTA that's built from the ground up for Wii. Or perhaps he was just getting into the GTA swing of things? If so, naughty Reggie!

Do you heart Kingdom Hearts – especially the idea of a new game in the series for Nintendo DS? Then you'll be happy to hear that the Japanese manual for Square Enix's recently released Dragon Quest V remake contains an ad promising a 2008 release for Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days ... in Japan, of course.
Revealed at last year's Tokyo Game Show, the next handheld Kingdom Hearts features a four-player co-op mode and follows the adventures of series protagonist Sora's "Nobody" twin, Roxas (above). Even though the game looks like it's hitting Japan this year, we'll still have to wait out the necessary localization before seeing it Stateside. At least the ad isn't merely a "coming soon" tease like the one for God of War III.

News/release from Noobey:
So first, whats that game about ?
I think Wikipedia can explain it better than me with my poor english =$
[source = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armagetron ]
Ive striked the parts not implemented yet xD
Quote
Two or more players are represented by dual-wheeled motor vehicles, or cycles, in a grid-lined arena. The vehicles constantly move forward, although there is a way to change one's velocity: the closer a player is to a wall, the faster their cycle will move. Players can change the direction of movement, by turning 90 degrees to the left or right. The vehicles leave a colored wall behind them as they travel. Contact with this wall will result in death and elimination from the battle. Therefore, players attempt to "box" each other in within these walls in order to force the opponent to touch their wall.
On the computer game there are more game modes, but atm my clone only supports the death-match mode
( Last player alive wins )
Screens
--- omg, without movement you wont define whats on the screen... but here some samples ----
Info; The green lines are marking the ground, the blue ones the walls
the other colors are player-lines

Bushing is back with a new release for the Wii Homebrew scene:
This isn’t the prettiest code I’ve ever written — it doesn’t have much of an interface, and I just threw this release together in a few minutes. However, it’s been exceedingly useful to me, and hopefully some of you will find it useful, too. I’ll quote the README here:
This program will do the following, automatically:
Download IOS11 from the Nintendo Update Server
Patch it to remove the MEM2 protection (so the PPC can access all 64MB of it)
Patch it to allow it to delete itself later using ES_DeleteTitle()
Find an unused IOS slot (counting downward from IOS255)
Install the hacked IOS11 there
Reboot into the hacked IOS
Copy the private key structure from the IOS address space into MEM1
Reboot back into a sane IOS
Delete the temporary, hacked IOS
Display the keys on screen
Try to write them to a file on the SD card — keys.txt
Pause for 60 seconds to allow you to copy the keys down using pen and paper,if necessary
I wrote this a week or two after I killed a Wii trying to reproduce tmbinc’s original Tweezer Hack. May it rest in peace.
The first version of this code just used a patched version of IOS, which was an ugly hack. It’s still an ugly hack, but at least it no longer contains copyrighted code. You should only really need to run it once on any given Wii, but it should be safe to run as much as you want. If nothing else, it demonstrates the kinds of ways you can use PatchMii_core to do something useful (as opposed to just running it and then packaging the result up as cIOS).

July 24th, 2008, 01:54 Posted By: wraggster
Dragonminded has yet again updated his Media Player for the Nintendo Wii, heres the release details:
Music player for the Wii. It has a nice interface and is skinnable. It plays mp3, ogg, flac and other formats but does not work with wma or aac. It is a native Wii application (no Wii Linux) with the intent of being a multi-source media player on the Wii.
Controls
Button Action
Select
Drag-scroll
Up one directory on file browser
Previous song
Next song
Toggle random play
Play/Pause
Stop
Quit
Usage
DragonMedia Player will pick up files anywhere on your SD or USB stick, and plays sequentially once a file has started. Simply install into the HBC by copying the dmp folder in the zip file to /apps/ and run the program. Do not rename the folder as DragonMedia Player expects things to be in the correct place in order to function. For the changelog, please look inside either the source or the binary zip file.
Supported Formats
Currently, this list is limited, as I have tried to set up the application framework before porting codecs. I am working on getting more formats such as aac/m4a integrated, and I am interested in supporting as many strange formats as possible such as spc, sid, nsf, etc, so look forward to more support.
flac
it
mod
mp1
mp2/mpa
mp3
ogg
s3m
wav
xm
Supported File Sources
Again, this list is very limited, nothing from DVD or Internet supported yet.
Front SD
USB
Future Plans
Things I would like to add when I get the time:
Meta tag support (embedded images, id3, etc)
Localizable to different languages
Playlists
File source from Internet (and DVD if documentation comes out)
Samba
More interactive theme support
Video (?)
Known Bugs
No confirmed bugs are known at this point. If you find a bug, please report it with steps to reproduce in the discussion section of this page.
Bug Reports/Suggestions
At this point, I'm not open to suggestions as it is too early. However, if you find a bug, please feel free to edit in the discussion of this page to let me know. Please don't take this as a suggestion to fork. I will start taking suggestions as the project stabilizes. Be patient!
DMP Themes
To install these themes, unzip them over the "default" directory under the themes directory. In the future, there will be a skin selection option in the menu. If you are interested in creating a sharp looking default theme, let me know and I'll consider including it as the official default. The one thing is, it has to be entirely created by you; no outside images.
0.12 Alpha
Implemented read-ahead buffer to help with some choppy files on usb.
Fixed settings not getting saved if you don't change the theme name sometimes.
0.11 Alpha
Added load screen for impatient noobs.
Added ability to change themes from menu.
Added more options to home menu.
Integrated USB patches (no guarantee that it works).
Fixed 24bit flac support (note that SD card is the limit for playing back).
Settings now get saved from home menu.

We were ready to be disappointed by Ubisoft's new portable Prince of Persia, largely because the protagonist bears a striking resemblance to an Oompa-Loompa. But the charming, colorful animations won us over, as did what appears to be a pretty full utilization of the DS's touch-screen capabilities.
It was then we realized what wasn't included in the trailer: Our almost comically meaty hands. Now we're in doubt that we'll be able to see any of the on-screen action behind our mitts, leaving us just as nervous about the game as when we started. So, we'll rely on your judgment: How's it looking to you?

Newly released today:
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! DS Flame Rumble Hyper upgrades the exhilarating action to a red hot degree. With this new installment, the attractions of the series are brought to an even higher level. The use of simple button and touch screen controls in this upgraded battle system allow complete novices to become veterans in no time.
It is the first time that the manga, anime and the game under a franchise are completely update with the newest plot elements. The player character set is completely renewed according to the current developments of the Future Arc. To suit the word hyper as it is used in the title, this game is a huge compilation of this series.
Since the plot of the game goes in parallel with the anime and the manga, feel free to create your own ending for your favorite characters.

Newly released today:
A classic side-scroller for the Wii console stars Wario, the smelly, bad-mannered alter ego of Mario. With the Wii Remote controller turned sideways like an old-school controller, veterans and newcomers alike can run, jump and smash their way through hectic side-scrolling stages. Players shake the Wii Remote to help Wario take down his enemies, empty bags of treasure or cause earthquakes. Best of all, there are numerous stages each offering multiple missions to keep players coming back again and again to unlock everything, collect more coins or just improve their best times.
