eluancm has tonight released a new version of Quake for the Nintendo Wii:
From the readme
Release Notes for version 0.04
New features: Transparent status bar, variable 2D resolution, now you can also rotate your weapon with the Wiimote, mods and mission packs support, a new menu for changing various new features and various bugfixes.
ID1 now resides in /apps/quake inside the SD card, to prevent pollution of the root folder with mods.
To correctly see the transparent water without artifacts, please apply Vispatch to your pak0.pak (and pak1.pak, if you have the full version) file.

Keyboard is not drawn properbly.
Download version 0.1:

It includes a Brainfock interpreter (it supports all 8 commands + exit sign X.)

Cashman updates homebrew Channel File Manager, a manager of chains as its name suggests, it is now in version 1.8.
Author's note:

You are solely responsible for your use of this application Wii. The installation of channels WiiWare, Virtual Console Wii Channel and other pay is strictly prohibited by Nintendo.
Channel File Manager is based and 1.21 WAD Manager allows you to manage your Wii channel menu.
You can install devices from your choice, and uninstall.
The homebrew may also use your CIOS to benefit the installation chains.
You must create a folder named wad at the root of your device (SD Card, SD Gecko or USB storage device) and put all your files WAD.
In the archive, 2 files are available, how to choose which one to use?

The free version does not use the CIOS Custom IOS, which means that if you have a CIOS below CIOS IOS36 rev04 or Custom IOS tona: Patchmii rev03 you must use this version to avoid the bug at the installation of title (or other bug that may not be known?).

Spuzkaizer performs an update of its Shoot Them Up "Touhou DS" ready for a maniac shooter?
I've added a lot more stuff since the last release. The game part is now 90% working; you can script characters, enemies and bosses. Refer to the manual for a short tutorial and more info about the available commands. Most of the things left are non-critical or don't even influence the gameplay at all: score, homing shots, continues, boss explosion is a bit, erm, underwhelming. The one thing that really is pretty important is levels. There's only one level and it never ends -- I'll add multiple level support in the next version.

Martin Kool has released a Donkey Kong Game and Watch remake for the Nintendo DS
heres some details:
Press Start to restart the game.
Press Y to toggle LCD modus. This puts in a little extra retro touch.
Press A to jump.
Use the controlpad to move Junior around.

With Inazuma Eleven 2's announcement earlier this week as a DS title, there was some concern that the previously announced console entry in the Level-5 soccer series, Inazuma Eleven Break, had been canceled. That's not the case. Today, at a press conference in Tokyo, Level-5 debuted first footage of Break, and shared a few first details.
Break appears to be a console remake of the original Inazuma Eleven rather than a totally new title. The game features new systems, including a new control scheme that takes the place of the original's stylus-heavy controls. Level-5 is also promising a storyline that's been greatly powered up over that of the original.
The game also runs in full 3D now, as you can see for yourself in the first screens that Level-5 handed out.
Unfortunately, Level-5 would not confirm a console for the game, so you're going to have to speculate for yourself based off the screens.
Inazuma Eleven Break is currently listed with a TBA release date for Japan. As for markets other than Japan, we should probably wait for the original to be released first.

Okachobi has updated the port of Paradroid to the Nintendo Wii, heres whats new:
A version of SDL Paradroid compiled for the Wii to fill the void in the U.S., where the virtual console lacks C64 games. This version is created from the GPL'ed source code from SDL Paradroid and uses the same data files. The source will be released in accordance with its original GPL license as soon as I get to a stable version. I had considered abandoning the project because of the virtual console version, but then realized its not available in the U.S., and noticed that there are at least 2 PC remakes of Paradroid and several for mobile platforms. So if you like Paradroid and live where it is available, support the virtual console by purchasing it. Otherwise, wait a little while and give this port a try.
This version is in no way derived from the version available on the Wii Virtual Console in Europe. All code and graphics are from the freely-available SDL Paradroid released in 2002 under the GPL license. It has simply been patched in various ways to be compatible with the Wii Homebrew SDL library.

Alber_h updates "BuscaminasDS", his Minesweeper-type game for the DS.

After 5 days of work, I book a final version of my project to revise the Spanish, VocabularioDS!
Final version? And yes, I intend to stop this project at this time in order to continue another project (No LatinusDS), which will remain secret ...
But it might one day I want to add things ... ... But not right away!
