Hello,
Since Beta Channel 9 of Homebrew, many homebrew no longer work ... (see this news)
There then 2 solutions:
- Wait until the developer of each homebrew so a new version ...
- Convert your files. ELF in. DOL
So a small batch file that converts your homebrew on the fly:
- Download the file elf2dol.zip
- Unpack the 2 files in the root of your memory card (or in the folder containing your homebrew)
- Launch elf2dol.bat
- You can return your memory card into the Wii, all apps work with the beta 9 of Homebrew Channel

News/release from Hillbilly
I finally finished my library based on Felix's code ( http://blog.dev-scene.com/felix/2007...ltitouch-demo/) and thought to release it with one demo in it. (I'll keep the photo demo to myself for now..). The demo is a little drumming application. Pretty simple but it still has some bugs. Please post back about any findings regarding this library. All hail the Nintendo DS and PAlib!
Thanks, hillbilly.

Newly released today:
features
New to GHWT is a redesigned, more responsive guitar controller, which features a touch-sensitive slide bar on the neck that allows the player to play through certain song passages without needing to strum
Music Studio lets players express their musical creativity by giving them access to a full complement of tools to create digital music from scratch utilizing the guitar controller and drum kit. Players can create their tracks and then play them in-game or share the recordings with the entire Guitar Hero community through GHTunes. GHTunes allows other gamers from around the world to download and play the community's original tracks
Budding rock stars can live out their rock 'n roll fantasies by playing either a single instrument or any combination of instruments, in addition to the full band experience. When rocking as part of a band, up to four players can jam together in quickplay or as they progress through a career. Both band and single-player careers feature non-linear progression giving artists the option to change difficulty and instruments with a variety of different gigs available at any time
Virtual musicians in need of band mates can take their careers online forming worldwide ensembles so no rock star ever has to play a gig solo. Plus, GHWT adds a "Battle of the Bands" modes, which allows eight players to join online and challenge each other band-to-band to establish global supremacy
Jump into the "Mii Freestyle" game play mode that is unique to the Wii. Create Blues, Rock or Metal masterpieces by yourself, or join with friends to jam freely together on guitar controllers and the drum kit controller
The character creator allows gamers to create a rock star with style as unique as their own. Absolute customization from the clothes, to the facial and body structure, to the tattoos and accessories, players are encouraged to unleash their inner rock legend. The Rock Star Creator doesn't just allow players to build the ultimate rock god; the in-depth creators include the ability to customize guitars, drums and microphones. Adding yet another layer of personalization, gamers can create custom logos for their instruments, band, or album covers

Good news from our friends in Japan. Fragile at long last has a release date. And to celebrate, we've got screens of the game's introduction!
Bandai Namco shared a final release date today for its big gift to RPG-starved Wii owners. A deep RPG experience awaits all of Japan on January 22. Fragile will carry a price point of 7,140 yen.
Coinciding with this announcement, Bandai Namco shared a dozen or so screens of the game's opening movie. Combining CG and hand-drawn animation, the opening provides a glimpse at the main cast as well as a look at the mysterious red tower that was alluded to at the Tokyo Game Show.
That mystery should be cleared up shortly! You can bet we'll be all over the import when this one hits Japan early next year and hopefully not too much later internationally.

description
The quiet town of South Arc is about to have some monster trouble. Foul creatures with serious attitude problems have infested nearby forests and are now slowly moving into the village. The townsfolk, fearful for their safety, do not even dare to leave their homes. Calls for help have gone unanswered, likely because every other town in the Kingdom is similarly troubled. As a young lad off in search of your calling, you stumble across a talking shovel. The verbose tool forcibly binds you to the task of digging a dungeon on the outskirts of South Arc, hoping to bait and trap the scrounging monsters. Looks like you found your calling, Master of the Monster Lair. Now start digging!

Brain Training is really Studying: The Game. Wii Fit is Standing Straight: The Game. Wii Music is Noodling: The Game. There's nothing wrong with that approach. Those games are popular, and they've made Nintendo gobs of money. Nintendo didn't always make those kind of games. Shigeru Miyamoto explains his change in approach:
I have a much greater degree of freedom. In the past, I would develop a game and then finish it and the next question is always: What is the next game we would create? In recent years, I've really found that with this idea of applying the structure of video games in a variety of ways, I've found anything can be a video game, and I've found a greater degree creative freedom in what I want to do next and explore.
That's good Miyamoto has grown as a game creator. And sure, anything can be a game, but not anything can be a good game.

Alert the SPCA.
With just under three weeks to go before the new Animal Crossing hits the Wii, Nintendo is kicking off a Cosplay contest to try and generate a bit more attention for their game.
But not content to get gamers to dress up in absurdly embarrassing outfits, the Animal Crossing Welcome Waggin’ Costume Contest is an invitation to instead embarrass pets.
The entrants of the top 50 photos of animals dressed in costumes or characters from Animal Crossing will receive a Wii video game system, a copy of Animal Crossing: City Folk, a Wii Speak microphone, access to exclusive information about the game and the eternal and voiceless scorn of their pets.
Daily photo picks and details about the contest will be posted over at www.welcomewaggincontest.com, which appeared not to be working when I checked it a bit earlier today. Entries for the contest will be accepted starting today and running through Nov. 16.
