The emulator that supports Atari Lynx, GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, NES, PC Engine(TurboGrafx 16),SuperGrafx, Neo Geo Pocket, and Neo Geo Pocket Color has been updated.
Heres whats new:
Fixed a crashing bug when loading an uncompressed file and using the automatic IPS-patching feature when mmap() is available.
PCE, PC-FX: All SCSI CDROM commands are now logged in the debugger's log viewer(when logging is enabled, of course).
Added group support to the debugger's log viewer.
PC-FX: Renamed the type of BIOS ROM font calls in the debugger's log viewer from "BIOS" to "ROMFONT".
PC-FX: BIOS filesystem syscall(for backup memory access) calls are now logged in the debugger's log viewer.
PC-FX: Added internal backup memory and external backup memory address spaces to the debugger's memory editor.
PC-FX: In the 263-line mode, line 262 is now reported as being during blanking time(as on a real PC-FX). Fixes the annoying transparency layer
flickering and other weird graphical glitches in Der Langrisser FX.
Added setting "filesys.disablesavegz", to disable gzip compression when saving save states and backup memory.
(In the case of backup memory, disabling gzip compression isn't supported for GB yet)

Morgands has updated his Rubiks Cube game for the DS, heres the release info:
I have finished coding all the turning functions. I also added touchscreen controls to make it less confusing. The icons with an 'i' are inverse functions (for example, R turns the right side of the cube clockwise while Ri turns the right side of the cube counterclockwise). Pressing the start button will reset the cube.

News/release from preussie:
White Dwarf is the working title of my current project. It is no game ( yet ) it is more a test area for several things I try out. Nevertheless if you like Arcade style shooter you can have some fun flying around and shooting nasty enemies.
Things implemented so far
large, scrollable map ( main + sub screen )
Sprite engine which supports main+subscreen ( no multiplexing yet )
player ship with inertia
5 types of enemies
collision detection ( map and sprites )
Controls
thrust: pad-Up or A
reverse thrust: pad-Down or B
shoot: left shoulder or Y
turn left: pad-Left
turn right: pad-Right
Enemies
BlackHole (BH)
The BH releases an enemy every 10 seconds. In this state it is invulnerable. After releasing 10 enemies the BH turns into a smaller, shooting version. The small BH has some gravity influence on the player ship . This small BH can be destroid with 10 hits. With each destroyed BH two new ( larger ) BH appear somewhere on the map…
Asteroid
The Asteroid can be destroyed with 6 hits. It then splits up into 4 smaller Asteroids which can be killed with 3 hits.
Following thing
The Following whatever tries to follows the player ship. You need 6 hits to kill it.
Things I would ike to implement in the near future
animated map items
collectable map items ( like power-ups or keys )
open/closing gates
bombs/mines
destroyable wall ( shot or bomb )
more enemies

Nintendo has underestimated the demand for their soon to be released Nintendo DS TV Tuner. The TV Tuner is to be released in Japan on November 23rd for 6,800 yen (about $60USD). Since the peripheral is not a game, Nintendo started to accept orders without making prior announcements regarding placing orders which started on November 8th.
The TV Tuner allows the DS to pick up Japan's 1seg TV broadcast service. No word if a TV Tuner would be released in the US or in Europe but it is available for purchase at Play-Asia.
Here are some images of the TV Tuner.
More images are available via the source link below.

Arrgh! Shot in the eyes by 15 new screenshots from Link's Crossbow Training. Cheers, Nintendo!
In case you've just emerged from cryogenic freeze, Link's Crossbow Training is being bundled with Nintendo's new Zapper gun-thingamajig for Wii which launches on December 7. It's only 20 quid, too.

Nintendo says it's shocked at the overwhelming number of orders it has had for its new DS TV Tuner peripheral, due out in Japan this Friday.
Despite Nintendo having been pretty quiet about its DS TV tuner peripheral (hence you may never have heard of it), it is reported that the company has actually received "too many" orders for the peripheral since pre-orders opened on the official site on November 8.
The new tuner allows the DS to pick up Japan's 1seg TV broadcast service (no, we don't have that here), and has completely sold out way ahead of its release on November 23 for 6,800 yen (a touch under £30).
"As it was television (not game), we intended to begin accepting the orders quietly without prior announcement," a Nintendo representative told Japanese site J-Cast. "We had not expected so many accesses would be made." We believe by "accesses" they mean "orders" - rubbish internet translators.
A standard analogue TV tuner was released in UK for GBA, but no TV tuner device has been announced for DS over here.

As part of this training, the Rabbids must carry out several missions around the globe to help them in an attempt to dominate the world. The Rabbids will also try to study human behavior by mimicking everything we do…but in the Rabbid sort of way, with no logic…of course.

New from Play Asia
1996, the original Tomb Raider was launched. The 3D game design, controls and graphics were truly ground breaking for their time. Furthermore, gamers were also presented with a unique, female human playable character with which they could become emotionally attached, Lara Croft. The original Tomb Raider sold over seven million copies and is still heralded as an absolute classic and one of the best action adventure games ever. Tomb Raider defined the PlayStation and changed the way that people played games.
In tribute to this and to celebrate and commemorate the continuing development of the Tomb Raider franchise and its central character, Crystal Dynamics are developing a new Tomb Raider adventure for Lara. Inspired by the original Tomb Raider video game; Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary faithfully preserves the elements which made the original Tomb Raider game such a classic.
Using an enhanced 'Tomb Raider: Legend' game engine, the graphics, technology and physics bring Lara's adventure and pursuit of a mystical artefact known only as the Scion right up to today's technology standards and will offer gamers a completely new gameplay experience.
