According to yet another Wii U release date rumour, Nintendo's new console will be out in US on November 11 for a base price of $249.99. The source is a supposed listing on the login-assess-only site of VPD - Video Product Distributors, who has Amazon among its distribution clients.Interestingly, the listing snapshot (pictured, viaGoNintendo), shows three release SKUs priced at $249.99, $299.99 and $349.99. Could Nintendo be offering gamers the option to bundle more than one Gamepad controller with higher-priced Wii U packages? We hope so. This isn't the first time the console's been tipped for a November launch. Gaming accessory maker PDP apparently leaked a November 18 North American release date for the Wii U during a GameStop managers' conference, where they were detailing upcoming products, but has since moved to curb the spreading rumour, calling it 'a misunderstanding'. Predictably, Nintendo is blocking its ears and humming loudly in response to the barrage of Wii U release rumours. Nintendo will host a Wii U-focused press event in New York City on September 13, at which a US Wii U release date announcement is expected.
