The codenamed "PQRS" Wii puzzle title Steven Spielberg has been helping EA with has been officially unveiled. They've been planning this for a million years. We're beat to sh*t.
It's called Boom Blox, will be available in May, and is unsurprisingly made up of child friendly mini-games where you solve puzzles by using the Wiimote in quirky ways.
There are block-laying chickens and baseball-throwing monkeys to play around with, in a choice of Tiki, Medieval, Frontier and Haunted environments. Anne Lively, where is Anne Lively?
You can play it alone, co-operatively, or against your children if you want to win. You can even as make your own conundrums in Create Mode and share them over the WiiConnect24 Channel.
"I am a gamer myself, and I really wanted to create a video game that I could play with my kids," said Steven Spielberg riding a velociraptor. "Boom Blox features an enormous amount of fun challenges and cool scenarios for your kids to solve or for you to master together."
Let's hope his action-adventure game for 360 and PS3 proves a little more exciting, as this sounds about as good as A.I. with that little robot boy who had girls' hair.
