First ninjhax, now smealum strikes again with regionthree which is a region free loader for 3DS/3DSXL/2DS on firmware versions 4.0-9.4 based on the recent browser exploit. Check to see the loader in action. This also allows you to bypass mandatory gamecard firmware updates."
