Rayman Legends gets shiny new release date

Ubisoft has confirmed a release date for the now multiplatform Rayman Legends.
The game will be hitting Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360 simultaneously on August 30^th.
Rayman legends was once, lest we forget, a Wii U exclusive that was initially scheduled to be a Wii U launch title. However, having missed the arrival of Nintendo’s machine Ubisoft braved the wrath of the Nintendo faithful bynot only postponing its release but also robbing it of its Wii U exclusivity.
Having decided to try and appease the rabid masses, Ubisoft then announced a free Rayman Legends Challenges app – which as it happens is available to download from the Nintendo eShop from today.
