December 16th, 2008, 01:38 Posted By: wraggsterNews/release from wjan Hi I'd like to introduce my first little homebrew game. It is a Nintendo DS port of Qub3D, a tetris like mini-game from Grand Theft Auto 4. What was successfully ported: * original block moving rules (however it looks that Rockstar guys didn't spent too much time on inventing them, so some oddities could be found) * original block pattern matching (which means that blocks dissapears in the same fashion as in original game) * saving hi scores * other stuff which I can't remember right now? What's different: * audio/video obviously differs * score calculation rules weren't clear enough to me so I've introduced my own score system * other things which I didn't noticed?
