LibOGC is a development library for use with the DevKitPro (specifically DetKitPPC) toolchain allowing you to create your own GameCube and Nintendo Wii compatible applications. It's primary author Shagkur moved it away for it's SoureForge SVN when SoftDev started working on it. The official version has resided on it's new homepage for some time now as the SourceForge page has been not updated since early January of this year.
There seems to be some confusion over the validity of the official project. This is due to a programmer who hasn't contributed to the project for almost a year who strongly disagrees on LibOGC being moved off of it's SoureForge SVN, but at the same time is used by many developers as the SVN version is older, more prone to bugs as hasn't been updated in some time.
Not only has the official version been moved by it's primary author to TehWii, but many examples including wav, mp3, ogg support, texture examples and SD card fixes have been released for developers to use in their own homebrew applications. In addition to third party examples the main core of LibOGC has been updated with various fixes and a lot of libraries released to help developers make use of more features and hardware.
You can obtain LibOGC from it's official homepage listed below along with the examples and libraries I mentioned.
