Nintendo's leading ladies star in new Smash Bros screens

Smash Bros creator Masahiro Sakurai has shared a new screenshot from the Wii U edition of Nintendo's all-star brawler series.
The screenshot, shows a Princess Peach, Wii Fit Trainer and Samus stand together on a platform in the Animal Crossing stage.
During E3 two Super Smash Bros. trailers were revealed, with one introducing the Wii Fit Trainer as a playable character, the other showcasing Mega Man's addition to the roster. The trailers also confirmed a 2014 release date.
Nintendo has also confirmed a a Pilotwings stage will feature in Super Smash Bros 4 and Captain Olimar from Pikmin will also be a returning characters.
In a recent Developer Direct video, Masahiro Sakurai spoke about the distinct visual styles used in the Wii U and 3DS version of Super Smash Bros, as well as the improved graphical fidelity and new effects.
