Donnie Russell II has released Mediaevel Quest 1.1:

Mediaeval Quest is based on Warren Robinette's Adventure for the Atari VCS/2600. Released in 1979, Adventure invented the graphical adventure game genre.

This game is not a direct port of Adventure, however; there are significant differences as well as similarities. For version 1.1, I improved the teleportation function (for getting out of tight spots) and added a room customization feature.
