The ten free GameBoy Advance games Nintendo promised to early adopters of the 3DS as part of the Ambassador Programme may not be available until next year.
The games, including Yoshi's Island, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Metroid Fusion and WarioWare, were originally promised to those eligible for the scheme before the end of 2011 as compensation for the global 3DS price drop. Nintendo's Spanish website now lists them as "available from next year."
We've sought confirmation from Nintendo UK, and update when we hear back.
