EU eShop update: Super Mario Kart, Layton vs Wright

Nintendo has detailed this week's European eShop update.
Both Wii U and 3DS have a big game this week, with the release of Super Mario Kart and Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright respectively.
The Wii U Virtual Console Super Mario Kart release is the US version of the game, running at 60hz and without the black borders that plagued the original PAL release. Fans who purchase the title before June 30 canget a £5.49 discount on Mario Kart 8 if they buy a digital copy of the new racer.
In our Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright review, we called it "one of the finest puzzle games on a handheld" and "a huge adventure that ensures fans of both series are catered for".
