Thanks to the hard work of Pepsiman, DS Linux now utilizes Linux kernel version 2.6. This also entails framebuffer support. In addition to having a boot logo and a smaller font, the framebuffer will allow for user applications to take advantage of a graphical user interface via MicroWindows or TinyX.
