You may recall, if you've seen the original Chicken Little, the spoof movie at the end of the flick that "documented" the characters' lives as a Star Trek-style action film, featuring the lead character, voiced by the manly Adam West, as a big, buff, action hero. Buena Vista's taking that universe and expanding on it in a videogame sequel: Chicken Little: Ace in Action for both the PlayStation 2 and Nintendo Wii, developed by the company's recently acquired Avalance Studios.
The Nintendo DS is getting a version of its own, in the works at DC Studios (the team that brought DS owners the Rayman 2 port back in the system's launch window). But instead of porting the action platformer that's set to hit the consoles in a month's time, the handheld development team is instead creating an original handheld experience. Buena Vista Interactive stopped by the offices this week to give us a taste of the near-final game.
